Conference Venue
The conference and summer school will be held at the Baragali Campus of the University of Peshawar, located in the scenic surroundings of Peshawar Valley.
The campus is easily accessible from Peshawar city center and provides modern conference facilities, comfortable accommodation options, and a conducive environment for academic learning and engagement.

What is the deadline for abstract submission?
The deadline for abstract submission is March 15, 2026. All abstracts must be submitted through our online portal.
Are accommodation facilities available?
Yes, we can assist with accommodation arrangements. Please contact us after registration for hotel recommendations and campus housing options.
Can I attend both the conference and summer school?
Yes, participants can register for both events. A combined registration discount is available for those attending both programs.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 are eligible for a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026.
Will the conference proceedings be published?
Yes, selected papers will be published in our conference proceedings and may be considered for publication in partner journals.
